There may be several reasons why you may be unable to verify your phone number via OTP but the most commonly reported is that users may not be getting OTP on their phone after submitting their phone numbers.


This could be because you have Do Not Disturb (DND) activated on your line. If this is the case with your verification issue, don't panic. There is a solution.
The solution is manual phone number verification. To do this, please follow the steps below:

  • Click on the blue chat button at the bottom right corner of the site
  • Initiate the chat by stating that you need a manual verification of your phone number.
  • In our response, we will need you to send your Phone number.
  • Then we will send you a code manually via SMS
  • All you need to do is submit the code to us right there in the chat, and we will take it from there
